Cancellation policy

At Soul Essence, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel or reschedule an appointment in a timely manner, we will be obliged to charge you for the session.
If you are unable to attend the appointment for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. We will do our best to arrange a new appointment for you.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or an emergency, you can cancel or reschedule the appointment free of charge. We ask that you inform us as soon as possible in such situations
